The invention relates to functional ceramsite for efficiently purifying phosphorus-containing wastewater as well as a preparation method and application thereof.The functional ceramsite is based on a functional complementation strategy, natural clay rich in Al2O3 and SiO2 is taken as a binder, calcium-rich industrial solid waste is taken as a calcium-rich active component, and meanwhile, a functional aid is added to relieve pH change caused in the reaction process of calcium oxide; the raw materials are subjected to high-temperature roasting to prepare the cheap calcium-rich functional ceramsite which is high in mechanical strength, large in adsorption capacity, ecological and safe, the common problems that the pH of a water body is increased after calcium-based ceramsite is used and the phosphate adsorption capacity is poor under the neutral pH can be effectively solved, and efficient purification of phosphorus in water is achieved. The natural clay and the calcium-rich industrial solid waste which are low in cost and easy to obtain are used as raw materials, the cost is low, the effect is good, and the method can be effectively applied to low-pollution water treatment.
本发明涉及一种高效净化含磷废水的功能陶粒、制备方法及应用,基于功能互补策略,以富含Al2O3、SiO2的天然黏土为粘结剂,以富钙工业固废为富钙活性组分,同时添加功能助剂以缓解钙氧化物反应过程中引起的pH变化,将上述原料经高温焙烧制备得到机械强度高、吸附容量大、生态安全的廉价富钙功能陶粒,可有效解决钙基陶粒普遍存在的使用后水体pH升高和中性pH下磷酸盐吸附能力较差的问题,实现水中磷的高效净化。本发明以廉价易得的天然黏土和富钙工业固废为原材料,成本低,效果好,能有效用于低污染水治理中。
