The invention provides modified ceramsite capable of efficiently removing phosphorus and preparation method of modified ceramsite. The modified ceramsite is prepared by taking papermaking white mud and fly ash as main raw material, and is prepared from, by weight, 40-60% of papermaking white mud and 40-60 wt% of fly ash. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) taking papermakingwhite mud and fly ash as main raw materials, uniformly mixing the main raw materials according to a ratio, and preparing green pellets with the particle size controllable in a range of 2-20mm by usinga centrifugal ball forming machine; (2) naturally curing the green pellets prepared in the step (1) for 20-24 hours, drying at 105 DEG C, and finally calcining to obtain ceramsite; (3) putting the ceramsite obtained in the step (2) into a KH2PO4 solution with the total phosphorus concentration of 15-20mg/L, statically adsorbing until saturation, and taking out; and (4) drying the ceramsite subjected to adsorption saturation at 105 DEG C for 1-2 hours, and calcining in a sintering furnace to obtain the modified ceramsite capable of efficiently removing phosphorus. The ceramsite prepared by theinvention has alkali supply and calcium release capabilities before and after modification, and can achieve the purpose of phosphorus removal. The modified ceramsite prepared by the invention is highin speed, large in adsorption capacity and remarkable in effect when used for adsorbing and removing phosphorus.
本发明提供一种高效除磷的改性陶粒及其制备方法,改性陶粒以造纸白泥和粉煤灰为主要原料,其中,造纸白泥40‑60wt%;粉煤灰40‑60wt%。制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)以造纸白泥和粉煤灰为主要原料,按配比混匀后,经离心式成球机制成生球,生球粒径在2‑20mm范围内可控;(2)将步骤(1)制得的生球自然养护20h‑24h后,经105℃烘干,最后煅烧获得陶粒;(3)将步骤(2)的陶粒投入总磷浓度为15‑20mg/L的KH2PO4溶液中,静态吸附至饱和后取出;(4)将吸附饱和的陶粒于105℃的干燥1‑2h,再经烧结炉煅烧,获得高效除磷的改性陶粒。本发明制备的陶粒在改性前后都具有供碱释钙能力,都能达到除磷的目的。本发明制备的改性陶粒,在吸附除磷时,速率快,吸附容量大,效果显著。
