Single-component anti-aging reductive asphalt pavement fog seal material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a single-component anti-aging reductive asphalt pavement fog seal material and a preparation method thereof. The single-component anti-aging reductive asphalt pavement fog seal material is prepared from the following raw materials: cardanol epoxy resin, butyl glycidyl ether, epoxidized soybean oil, acidic carbon black intercalated magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite and ketimine. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a silane coupling agent gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane with acidic carbon black, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion at 45 DEG C and 40 Hz for 0.5 h to obtain surface-modified acidic carbon black; the preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively adding magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite and surface-modified acidic carbon black into ethylene glycol, mixing the magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite and the surface-modified acidic carbon black in a three-neck flask, adding NaOH to adjust the pH value to 9.0, fully stirring at the oil bath temperature of 120 DEG C at the rate of 230-260 r/min for 3 hours, then filtering and washing, and drying at 60 DEG C until the weight is constant, thereby obtaining the acidic carbon black intercalated magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite. The asphalt pavement fog seal material can reduce pavement aged asphalt, improve a bonding system of the fog seal material and an asphalt pavement, enhance the anti-aging performance of the fog seal material, prolong the service life of an asphalt pavement fog seal and effectively improve the use quality of the asphalt pavement fog seal material.
本发明提供了一种单组分抗老化还原性沥青路面雾封层材料及制备方法,由以下原料制成:腰果酚环氧树脂、丁基缩水甘油醚、环氧大豆油、酸性炭黑插层镁铝水滑石以及酮亚胺。取硅烷偶联剂γ‑氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷与酸性炭黑混合,45℃、40Hz下超声分散0.5h,得到表面改性的酸性炭黑。将镁铝水滑石和表面改性的酸性炭黑分别加入乙二醇中,将两者混合于三口烧瓶中,并添加NaOH调节pH值至9.0,在120℃油浴温度下以230~260r/min速率充分搅拌3h,然后过滤和洗涤,并在60℃下干燥至恒重,即得到酸性炭黑插层镁铝水滑石。本发明的沥青路面雾封层材料能够还原路面老化沥青,提升雾封层材料与沥青路面黏结体系,增强雾封层材料抗老化性能,延长沥青路面雾封层使用寿命,有效改善沥青路面雾封层材料使用品质。
