The invention discloses an ecological ditch system based on coupling of aquatic plants and microorganisms, comprising: a basic assembly comprising a ditch main body in which a plant planting part is arranged; the protection assembly comprises a bearing frame which is fixedly arranged in the groove body and located on the upstream of the plant planting part, a slow flow filter plate is inserted into the top of the bearing frame, guide frames are vertically arranged at the two ends of the side, away from the plant planting part, of the bearing frame, and sliding frames are arranged in the two sets of guide frames; a driving shaft is rotationally arranged between the two sets of sliding frames, the outer wall of the driving shaft is sleeved with a follow-up impeller, the sliding frames are provided with a detection type winding assembly in transmission connection with the driving shaft, and a pull rope is wound around the outer wall of the detection type winding assembly; one end of the pull rope bypasses a guide wheel group embedded in the inner wall of the bottom of the bearing frame and then is connected with the bottom of the slow flow filter plate. According to the ecological ditch, the flowing speed of water flow in the ecological ditch body is slowed down through the slow flow filter plate, and plant protection of the plant planting part is achieved.
