The invention relates to the technical field of foundation pit supporting, and discloses a deep foundation pit ancient tree protection area secant pile hoop-shaped opposite-pulling self-locking anchoring supporting construction method which comprises the following steps: 1) determining a protection area according to a design construction drawing, and enabling an ancient tree to be located in the middle of the protection area; a plurality of secant piles are constructed on the periphery of the protection area, a continuous enclosure structure is formed by the secant piles in the arrangement direction of the secant piles, and an opening is formed in the end of the enclosure structure; (2) a top beam and an alignment beam are constructed on the enclosure structure, and the enclosure structure, the alignment beam and the top beam are combined into a whole; (3) an upper area is formed through excavation construction, the periphery of the enclosure structure is exposed in the upper area to form an upper reinforcing face, and a self-locking anchoring structure is constructed on the upper reinforcing face; (4) a lower area is formed through excavation construction, the periphery of the enclosure structure is exposed in the lower area to form a lower reinforcing face, and a self-locking anchoring structure is constructed on the lower reinforcing face; and (5) downward excavation is conducted to the set depth of the deep foundation pit.
