The invention relates to the technical field of deep foundation pit supporting, and discloses a construction method for conveniently treating water leakage between rotary excavating hard secant piles of the deep foundation pit supporting, which comprises the following construction steps: 1) constructing a plurality of plain piles, forming pile gaps between the adjacent plain piles, constructing and forming meat pile holes in the pile gaps, and putting casing pipes into the meat pile holes; in the process of constructing the meat pile hole, the two sides of the plain pile are dug off in a rotary mode, the plain pile and the two sides of the meat pile hole intersect to form meshing intersection points, and the meshing intersection points are arranged on the two sides of the meat pile hole respectively; (2) a steel reinforcement cage is put into the meat pile hole, two sleeve valve pipes are arranged on the periphery of the steel reinforcement cage, and the two sleeve valve pipes are transversely aligned with the meshing intersection points on the two sides of the meat pile hole correspondingly; the top of the sleeve valve pipe forms an injection port, and the bottom of the sleeve valve pipe forms a discharge port; and (3) after clear water is injected into the sleeve valve pipe, concrete is poured into the meat pile hole, the sleeve valve pipe is buried in the concrete, after the concrete is solidified, a meat pile is formed, the meat pile and the plain pile are meshed with each other, and the hard secant pile is formed.
