The invention relates to the technical field of municipal drainage, and discloses an urban inland inundation water consumption monitoring and siltation prevention drainage pipe network which comprises a drainage pipe body, a well lid support and a drainage well lid, the drainage well lid is rotationally connected to the upper surface of the drainage pipe body, and sliding grooves are formed in the upper surface of the drainage pipe body in an annular array mode; the well lid bracket is arranged above the drainage well lid; a second sliding rod slides away from the interior of an annular plate through downward sliding of a first sliding rod, the annular plate can slide out upwards without being limited by the second sliding rod, and when the upper surface of the well lid support is covered with impurities such as leaves, the impurities covering the upper surface of the well lid support can be lifted upwards through upward lifting of the annular plate; and therefore, blocking of sundries to the annular plate during drainage is reduced, sewage deposited in waterlogging can penetrate through the drainage opening through the outer wall of the annular plate to be discharged into the drainage pipe body, the problem that waterlogging cannot be drained after the well lid support is blocked is solved, and the road surface drainage efficiency is improved.
