The invention discloses a construction method for translating and hoisting an oversized component in place in a narrow space. The construction method comprises the following steps: S1, hoisting a triangular operation frame by adopting hoisting equipment until the component rotates and then forms a triangular area with a structure; s2, hoisting equipment is adopted to hoist the super-large component into the structure through the raise hole; s3, in the structure, the component rotates in the air through bottom traction; s4, after the component is rotated in place, the component is gradually translated to a designated position through cooperation of manual traction and hoisting equipment, and after the component is stabilized, a bottom vertical direction adjusting device is arranged at the bottom of the component; s5, the upper portion of the component enables the component to be adjusted in the opening and closing direction through a top opening and closing direction adjusting device; and S6, after adjustment is completed, component installation work is manually conducted through a triangular operation frame installed in advance, and aerial rotation and translation of the components are ingeniously utilized, so that the components can be installed in different positions on different vertical planes.
