Comprising a pipe clamp frame which is a U-shaped frame. A pipe groove is formed in the pipe clamping frame; a pair of protection rods matched with the pipe grooves are rotationally connected to the pipe clamping frame; the protection rods are symmetrically arranged on the same side of the pipe clamp frame. A pipe stop pad is slidably connected into the pipe clamp frame, and a fixing rod is fixedly connected to the pipe clamp frame. A first positioning mechanism matched with the pipe stop pad is arranged in the fixing rod; the problems that in the prior art, a positioning pipe clamp is complex in operation, poor in stability and inconvenient to disassemble in the later period are effectively solved. The operation of fixing the pipe by the pipe clamp is facilitated; and meanwhile, the fixing stability is greatly ensured.
