Flexible fireproof plugging mechanism for through-wall pipeline and construction process thereof
The through-wall pipeline flexible fireproof plugging mechanism comprises fireproof sleeves connected to the periphery of a pipeline body in a sleeving mode, the fireproof sleeves are embedded in a through hole of a wall body, the fireproof sleeves are symmetrically distributed at the two end openings of the through hole relative to the inside and the outside of the wall body, and end plates are fixed to the ends, extending out of the end openings of the through hole, of the fireproof sleeves; the end plate covers a port of the through hole, and the end plate is fixedly connected with the wall body through an expansion screw; the outer wall of the fireproof sleeve and the inner wall of the penetrating hole are elastically supported through a plurality of sets of inner supporting strips and springs, and the interior of the fireproof sleeve and the pipeline body are supported through a plurality of sets of screws and connecting blocks. The screw rod and the connecting block in the fireproof sleeve can be adjusted according to the outer diameter of the pipeline body so as to adapt to the installation requirements of various pipeline body calibers, meanwhile, the inner supporting strip and the spring are used for elastic supporting, and can adapt to through holes in walls of various sizes, and the adaptability of the whole mechanism is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种穿墙管道柔性防火封堵机构及其施工工艺,包括套接在管道本体外围的防火套筒,所述防火套筒嵌在墙体的穿孔内部,且防火套筒关于墙体内外对称分布在穿孔的两端口,所述防火套筒伸出穿孔端口的一端固定有端板,该端板覆盖住穿孔的端口,且端板与墙体之间通过膨胀螺丝固定连接;所述防火套筒外壁与穿孔内壁之间通过若干组内撑条和弹簧进行弹性支撑,且防火套筒内与管道本体之间通过若干组螺杆和连接块进行支撑。本发明设置防火套筒中的螺杆和连接块可以根据管道本体的外径大小进行调整,以便于适配多种管道本体口径的安装需求,同时内撑条与弹簧进行弹性支撑,可以适配多种尺寸的墙体上的穿孔,有效提高整个机构的适配性。
