Self-repairing type anti-shrinkage water reducing agent, preparation thereof and recycled aggregate concrete
The invention relates to a self-repairing type anti-shrinkage water reducing agent, a preparation method thereof and recycled aggregate concrete. The water reducing agent comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 150-250 parts of a water reducing agent; 10-50 parts of an air entraining agent; 20 to 100 parts of a retarder; 50 to 100 parts of alkaline powder; 40 to 120 parts of calcium lactate; 20-60 parts of rice hull ash; 50 to 100 parts of aerobic alkali-resistant bacillus thallus dry powder; 50 to 100 parts of an auxiliary agent; 20-80 parts of a dispersant; 150 to 200 parts of a solvent; and 400 to 600 parts of water. The anti-shrinkage reducing agent provided by the invention plays a role in optimizing the performance of recycled aggregate and reducing the influence of mud content and old mortar on the working performance of recycled concrete, so that the fluidity and the like of the concrete are improved; besides, the aerobic alkali-resistant bacillus takes rice hull ash as a bio-based carrier, so that a relatively good self-repairing effect can be realized, cracks and defects in recycled aggregate can be effectively filled, concrete on two sides of the cracks and glass fibers of the recycled fan blade are bridged, and the binding power of a crack area is remarkably enhanced; and the stress concentration problem caused by shrinkage stress is effectively relieved.
