The invention discloses binary composite cement-based underwater repair mortar which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 360 parts of Portland cement, 90 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 50 parts of limestone powder, 500 parts of medium sand, 0-15 parts of UWB-2 underwater non-dispersible concrete flocculant, 0-10 parts of redispersible latex powder, 2.5 parts of polycarboxylic acid high-performance powdery water reducing agent and 200 parts of water. The obtained cement-based underwater repair mortar is early-set and early-strength, has good flowing property, and can be used for construction, repair and reinforcement of still underwater hydraulic concrete.
本发明公开了一种二元复合水泥基水下修复砂浆，其是由下述重量份的原料组成：硅酸盐水泥360份，硫铝酸盐水泥90份，石灰石粉50份，中砂500份，UWB‑2水下不分散混凝土絮凝剂0‑15份，可再分散乳胶粉0‑10份，聚羧酸高性能粉状减水剂2.5份，水200份。所得水泥基水下修复砂浆早凝、早强、具有良好流动性能，可以用于静水下水工混凝土的施工、修补及加固。
