The invention belongs to the technical field of foundation pit supporting, and discloses a pre-stressed anchor cable-uplift pile composite supporting system for an expansive soil deep foundation pit and a construction method. The problems that using of conventional anchor rods (cables) is limited based on an expansive soil site, the manufacturing cost is high due to the adoption of double-row piles, and the node rigidity is insufficient due to the fact that the space is limited and the number of rear-row piles is reduced are solved. According to the supporting system, an anchor cable free section sleeve fixed to a reinforcement cage of a rear-row pile is arranged on the side, away from a front-row pile, in the rear-row pile, a pre-stressed anchor cable is arranged in the anchor cable free section sleeve, and the lower end of the pre-stressed anchor cable stretches into a rock-soil body below the bottom of the rear-row pile. The anti-pulling effect of the pile can be achieved through the pre-stressed anchor cable, the anti-pulling pile can be stressed in advance, the pile body which is originally a pulling force type component is converted into a pressure type component, and therefore the purposes of effectively controlling displacement of the front row of piles and controlling deformation of a foundation pit are achieved.
本发明属于基坑支护技术领域,公开了一种针对膨胀土深基坑的预应力锚索‑抗拔拉桩复合支护体系及施工方法,解决基于膨胀土场地限制使用常规锚杆(索)、采用双排桩存在着造价成本高以及空间受限后排桩数量减少造成节点刚度不足的问题。本发明的支护体系在后排桩内远离前排桩的一侧设置有固定在后排桩的钢筋笼上的锚索自由段套管,所述锚索自由段套管内设置有预应力锚索,所述预应力锚索的下端伸入后排桩底部以下的岩土体中。本发明通过预应力锚索既能够发挥桩的抗拔作用,也能使抗拔拉桩预先受力,使得原本为拉力型构件的桩身转化为压力型构件,从而有效控制前排桩位移,控制基坑变形的目的。
