The active anti-seepage, anti-leakage and anti-cracking structure of the basement bottom plate comprises a foundation pit, pile foundations, a pile foundation platform, water collecting wells, a bearing platform, a raft plate and a waterproof layer structure, the multiple pile foundations and the multiple water collecting wells are arranged in the foundation pit, the bearing platform and the raft plate are arranged on the pile foundation platform, and the waterproof layer structure and a filling layer are arranged below the raft plate; the water collecting wells are communicated through embedded pipes, the embedded pipes comprise the first embedded pipe and the second embedded pipe, the first embedded pipe is arranged in the bearing platform, the second embedded pipe is arranged in the filling layer, one end of the second embedded pipe is connected with one end of the first embedded pipe, the other end of the second embedded pipe is communicated with the upper portions of the water collecting wells, and water permeable holes are evenly distributed in a pipe body of the second embedded pipe. And the outer part of the pipe body of the second embedded pipe is wrapped with water-permeable geotechnical cloth. The underground water level can be controlled below the waterproof layer structure, the basement bottom plate structure and the waterproof layer structure are prevented from being damaged by underground water buoyancy, and the active seepage-proofing, waterproof and anti-cracking effects are achieved.
本发明公开了地下室底板主动防渗防漏防开裂结构,包括基坑、桩基、桩基台、集水井、承台、筏板和防水层结构,基坑内设有多个桩基和多个集水井,桩基台上设有承台和筏板,筏板的下方设有防水层结构和填充层;各集水井之间通过预埋管连通,预埋管包括第一预埋管和第二预埋管,第一预埋管设于承台内,第二预埋管设于填充层内,第二预埋管的一端与第一预埋管的一端连接,另一端与集水井的上部连通,第二预埋管的管身上均布有透水孔,第二预埋管的管身外部包裹有透水性土工布。本发明可将地下水位控制在防水层结构以下,避免了地下水浮力破坏地下室底板结构和防水层结构,起到了主动防渗、防水、防开裂的效果。
