The invention discloses an environment-friendly hard stone-plastic floor and a preparation method thereof, a PETG wear-resistant layer, a PETG color film and a PETG stone-plastic base material are used as structural materials, and the PETG wear-resistant layer and the PETG color film are pasted on the PETG stone-plastic base material through an extrusion calendaring hot pasting method; the PET resin is added into the environment-friendly stone-plastic floor prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention, so that the environment-friendly stone-plastic floor has the characteristic of high melting point, the heat resistance of the floor can be improved, and the toughness and the subsequent processing performance of the floor are effectively improved due to the sharing of the TPU resin; in addition, the prepared floor is good in wear resistance, and the wear resistance of a wear-resistant layer with the same thickness is 1.5 times that of a PVC floor; meanwhile, the adhesive has the characteristics of environment friendliness and harmlessness, and does not contain halogen and any plasticizer component.
