The environment-friendly PP plastic floor is prepared by the following steps: sequentially paving a film on a PP middle backing material, a PP printing surface material and a PP transparent material, firing into a semi-finished product, curing, carrying out surface PU (Poly Urethane) treatment, carrying out secondary heating and tempering, and molding, the PP middle base material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 25 to 35 parts of polypropylene, 10 to 15 parts of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, 90 to 120 parts of calcium carbonate, 20 to 40 parts of palygorskite, 10 to 30 parts of ammonium polyphosphate loaded sepiolite fiber, 1 to 4 parts of antistatic agent, 2 to 4 parts of antioxidant, 2 to 4 parts of stabilizer, 1 to 3 parts of coupling agent and 0.1 to 1 part of toner. The environment-friendly PP plastic floor has the advantages of being environmentally friendly, excellent in flame retardant property and good in sound insulation effect.
