By combining a multi-foaming agent procedure foaming technology with a construction mode of an open communicating hole structure, the roadbed material has the open hole communicating structure with uniform size, forms a through drainage cavity channel, has a water permeable function, can make rainwater permeate into the ground, improves the rapid drainage capacity of a road surface and the driving safety of the road surface in rainy days, and is suitable for large-scale popularization and application. Meanwhile, the water accumulation capacity of the sponge city is improved.
