The invention discloses a composite roadbed material prepared from construction waste and a preparation method of the composite roadbed material. The composite roadbed material is prepared from the following raw materials: construction waste fine aggregate, construction waste coarse aggregate, construction waste powder, waste lime powder, volcanic pumice particles, slag powder, glass fibers, desulfurized gypsum and water. According to the invention, the construction waste is crushed and then is reused as a roadbed raw material, so that the environmental cost and labor cost during treatment of the construction waste are saved, and the construction waste is used as a renewable road building raw material, so that the cost is low, and the usage amount of soil and stones is reduced. The construction waste fine aggregate, the construction waste coarse aggregate and the construction waste powder are added, the crushed fine aggregate generated in the construction waste crushing process is effectively utilized, the utilization rate of the construction waste is greatly improved, and the construction waste aggregates with different particle sizes are mixed for use, so that gaps among the raw materials are reduced, and the overall compactness is improved; the waste lime powder and the desulfurized gypsum are added as adhesives of the roadbed material, so that the integrity of the roadbed material is improved, and the conditions such as cracking are prevented.
