Comprising a frame body, a vacuum vibrating mechanism arranged on the frame body and leveling mechanisms arranged on the two sides of the vacuum vibrating mechanism, and walking mechanisms are further arranged on the two sides of the frame body; the vacuum vibrating mechanism comprises a vacuum cavity, a vibrator arranged in the vacuum cavity and a centrifugal fan arranged at the upper end of the vacuum cavity, and the centrifugal fan is used for maintaining the vacuum state in the vacuum cavity. A vibration vacuumizing method is adopted, so that bubbles of concrete slurry are rapidly removed in the vibration forming process.
