Continuous arch bridge and arch bridge construction method
The invention provides a continuous arch bridge and an arch bridge construction method. The continuous arch bridge comprises a main beam, a plurality of arch rings, a plurality of vertically-arranged bridge piers and a prefabricated base. The tops of the arch rings are combined with the bottom of the main beam. The multiple vertically-arranged bridge piers are arranged at the bottoms of the corresponding arch rings in a supported mode. The prefabricated seat is arranged at the top of the bridge pier and is used for connecting the bottom ends of the two adjacent arch rings, the prefabricated seat is provided with two mounting surfaces which are symmetrically distributed about the long axis of the prefabricated seat, and the end parts of the arch rings are connected with the corresponding mounting surfaces. According to the continuous arch bridge, the prefabricated seats are arranged on the bridge piers, during arch ring construction, construction is conducted based on the mounting faces of the prefabricated seats, the mounting faces can guide the construction positions of the arch rings, the adjacent arch rings are aligned before pouring, it is guaranteed that the adjacent arch rings can be aligned in the long axis direction and the width direction of the main beam, and the construction quality is improved; and the cost is saved.
本发明提供了一种连续拱桥及拱桥施工方法,其中所述连续拱桥包括主梁、多个拱圈、多个竖向设置的桥墩和预制座;多个所述拱圈的顶部分别与所述主梁的底部结合;多个竖向设置的桥墩分别支设于对应的所述拱圈的底部;预制座设于所述桥墩的顶部,并用于连接相邻的两个所述拱圈的底端,所述预制座具有关于自身长轴对称分布的两个安装面,所述拱圈的端部与对应的所述安装面连接。本发明提供的连续拱桥,在桥墩上设置了预制座,在拱圈施工时,基于预制座的安装面进行施工,安装面能引导拱圈的施工位置,使得相邻的拱圈在浇注前就对正,保证相邻的拱圈在主梁的长轴方向和宽度方向均能够对正,提高了施工质量,节省了成本。
