A slurry guide part of the grouting device is formed by connecting a plurality of pipe bodies in a sleeved mode, the near end is in sealed connection with the end, close to a drill hole, of a prestressed steel strand, and the far end is in sealed sliding connection in the length direction of the prestressed steel strand; the guide ring is arranged on the peripheral wall of the pipe body at the tail end of the slurry guide piece, and the outer wall of the guide ring is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the drill hole; the sealing plug is arranged in a gap between the pipe body at the tail end of the slurry guide piece and the prestressed steel strand; the grouting pipe is positioned at an inlet of the pipe body at the near end of the slurry guide piece and is connected with the slurry conveying device; according to the grouting device for bridge construction, the length of the slurry guide piece is changed along with the change of the slurry injection amount, so that gaps of prestressed steel strands are fully filled, and the problem that the anchoring effect of a whole anchoring structure is affected due to partial exposure and local corrosion of the steel strands in a high-stress state is solved.
