The invention discloses a post-grouting device for a prefabricated pipe pile, a grouting method and grouting cement, the grouting device comprises a plurality of containing cavities which are formed in the outer side wall of the prefabricated pipe pile and are concave inwards, first bags and second bags are contained in the containing cavities, the first bags are filled with grout A, the second bags are filled with grout B, the grout A is filled with grout B, and the grout B is filled with grout B; and after being solidified, the mixed slurry formed by mixing and reacting the slurry A and the slurry B can be used for bonding and fixing the prefabricated pipe pile and a soil body at the periphery of the prefabricated pipe pile. The grouting method is carried out by means of the grouting device. The grouting cement comprises grout A and grout B, the grout A comprises a composite retarder, the grout B comprises cement mortar, and the composite retarder facilitates sufficient mixing of the grout A and the grout B and evenly fills a gap between the prefabricated pipe pile and a soil body; and the mechanical strength of later cement mortar can be improved. The grouting device is reasonable in structure, convenient to operate, good in grouting quality and capable of guaranteeing the good bearing capacity of the foundation pile.
本发明公开了一种用于预制管桩后注浆装置、注浆方法及注浆水泥,注浆装置,包括设于预制管桩外侧壁的多个向内凹陷的容纳腔,所述容纳腔内容置有第一囊袋和第二囊袋,所述第一囊袋中充有A浆液,所述第二囊袋中充有B浆液,且所述A浆液和B浆液混合反应后形成的混合浆液凝固后可粘接固定预制管桩和预制管桩外周土体。注浆方法借助前述注浆装置进行。注浆水泥包括A浆液和B浆液,A浆液中包括复合缓凝剂,B浆液包括水泥砂浆,复合缓凝剂有利于A浆液和B浆液充分混合并均匀地填充预制管桩与土体之间的缝隙;而且能够提高后期水泥砂浆的机构强度。本发明结构合理、操作方便、注浆质量好且可保证基桩承载力好。
