The invention relates to a perovskite photovoltaic building roof and a manufacturing method thereof. The perovskite photovoltaic building roof comprises a roof substrate, the buffer layer is arranged on the roof base plate; the perovskite photovoltaic layer is arranged on the buffer layer; the perovskite photovoltaic layer grows on the buffer layer through a vacuum deposition technology to form a perovskite photovoltaic building roof; or, the flexible perovskite photovoltaic thin film is arranged on the buffer layer; and preparing a flexible perovskite photovoltaic thin film, and bonding the flexible perovskite photovoltaic thin film to the buffer layer to form the perovskite photovoltaic building roof. According to the method, the perovskite photovoltaic layer can be better fused into the building, the influence on the building structure is reduced, the installation difficulty and the installation cost can be reduced, a better aesthetic effect can be brought, the reliability is high, and compared with an existing photovoltaic module installation mode, the installation is faster and more efficient. And meanwhile, the energy conversion device has the characteristics of light weight, attractive appearance and easiness in installation.
