The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a foam glass composite photovoltaic building roof structure, which comprises a photovoltaic module and a foam glass plate, the bottom side of the foam glass plate is coated with modified asphalt and bonded with a glass fiber mat, and the glass fiber mat is connected with a roof surface through an adhesive. The top surface of the foam glass plate is coated with modified asphalt and then is embedded with a tray; the tray and the top surface of the foam glass plate are jointly bonded with a modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, and the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is fixedly provided with a supporting assembly used for arranging a photovoltaic assembly at the position of the tray. The invention aims to provide the manufacturing method of the composite photovoltaic building roof structure which has waterproof and heat preservation effects and can also improve the energy utilization rate.
