The invention discloses an auxiliary energy-saving method and device for a desulfurized gypsum calcining furnace, the device comprises a recuperative furnace, the top of the recuperative furnace is provided with an inlet, the bottom of the recuperative furnace is provided with an outlet, a plurality of transversely arranged heat exchange tubes are arranged in the recuperative furnace, one end of each heat exchange tube is communicated with a gas source, and the other end of each heat exchange tube is communicated with a blast air chamber at the bottom of the calcining furnace. According to the energy-saving device provided by the invention, the blast of the calcining furnace and the high-temperature calcined gypsum at the outlet of the calcining furnace are subjected to sufficient heat exchange, so that the effects of blast heating and calcined gypsum cooling are achieved, energy is sufficiently utilized, meanwhile, a large amount of energy is saved, and energy conservation is realized.
