A flow control assembly is arranged in the second water pipe, and the second water pipe communicates with an irrigation adjusting mechanism; the energy-saving irrigation mechanism comprises a wind power assembly and a water pumping assembly, the water pumping assembly communicates with the water tank, and the wind power assembly provides power for the water pumping assembly; the adjusting irrigation mechanism comprises a spraying assembly and an adjusting assembly, the spraying assembly communicates with the second water pipe, and the adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the height and angle of the spraying assembly.
