High-grade fire-resistant paper surface gypsum board and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-grade fire-resistant paper surface gypsum board and a preparation method thereof, and the method comprises the following steps: mixing glass fibers in a thin-layer conveying flow state with silica mortar in a flowing state to form a pre-dispersed material; and dispersing the pre-dispersed material in the gypsum slurry in a discharging state, wrapping the glass fiber and the silica fume powder in the slurry by the flowing gypsum slurry, and uniformly dispersing the glass fiber and the silica fume powder to form a finished product material body. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving silica fume powder in water, mixing the silica fume powder with glass fibers forming a thin-layer conveying flow in a flowing state, and immediately mixing the mixture with gypsum slurry in a discharging state after mixing, so that the glass fibers and the silica fume powder can be fully and uniformly added into the gypsum slurry and gradually flow downwards through the gravity of liquid; a pump is not needed for conveying, the integrity of the glass fibers is greatly reserved, the glass fibers are not only laid on the surface of the gypsum slurry, and the overall fireproof performance is improved.
本发明公开了一种高级耐火纸面石膏板及其制备方法,其中方法包括以下步骤:将薄层输送流状态的玻璃纤维与流动状态的硅灰浆混合,形成预分散料;把预分散料分散在正在出料状态的石膏浆料内,流动的石膏浆料把玻璃纤维和硅灰粉包裹在浆料内部,并将其均匀分散开,形成成品料体。本发明通过先把硅灰粉溶于水中,再以流动状态下与形成薄层输送流的玻璃纤维混合,并在混合后立即与出料状态的石膏浆料混合,使得玻璃纤维和硅灰粉能够充分并均匀地添加在石膏浆料中,通过液体的重力逐渐向下流动,无需泵来输送,极大的保留了玻璃纤维的完整性,并使得玻璃纤维不仅仅是铺设在石膏浆料表面,提高整体防火性能。
