The invention provides gold tailing unfired ceramsite and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that gold tailings, cement and neutralization slag are mixed with a hydrogen peroxide solution according to a preset mass ratio, and a mixture containing ball cores is prepared; transferring the mixture into balling equipment, adding a hydrogen peroxide solution for balling, screening the prepared pellets, and selecting the pellets with the diameter of 10-20mm and the water content of 20-30% as wet raw material pellets; and putting the wet raw material balls into a steam curing kiln for curing to obtain the gold tailing unfired ceramsite. According to the invention, the gold tailings are used as a main raw material, the acidic mine wastewater neutralization slag is used as a binder and an exciting agent, hydrogen peroxide is used as a foaming agent, and the ceramsite fired by using solid wastes has excellent performance through the processes of granulation, maintenance and the like, and has the advantages of high preparation efficiency and low cost; the method realizes full resource utilization of the gold tailings and the acidic mine wastewater treatment neutralization slag, and has good economic benefits, environmental protection benefits and social benefits.
本发明提供了一种黄金尾矿免烧陶粒及其制备方法,通过将黄金尾矿、水泥及中和渣按照预定的质量配比与双氧水溶液混合,制备含有球核的混合料;将混合料转入成球设备中,加入双氧水溶液进行成球,对制成的料球进行筛分,选取直径在10~20mm、含水量为20~30%的料球作为湿生料球;将湿生料球放入蒸汽养护窖中养护,得到黄金尾矿免烧陶粒。本发明以黄金尾矿为主要原料,配以酸性矿山废水中和渣作为粘结剂和激发剂,双氧水作为发泡剂,经造粒、养护等过程,使得利用固体废弃物烧制的陶粒具有优异的性能,具有制备效率高、成本低的优点,实现了黄金尾矿和酸性矿山废水治理中和渣的全资源化利用,具有很好的经济效益、环保效益和社会效益。
