Preparation method of waste incineration fly ash-based geopolymer/zeolite composite material and application of composite material in carbon dioxide adsorption
The invention relates to a preparation method of a waste incineration fly ash-based geopolymer/zeolite composite material and application of the composite material to carbon dioxide adsorption. Mixing the incineration fly ash with deionized water, and stirring and filtering at room temperature to obtain dechlorinated incineration fly ash; stirring and mixing the alkali-activated solution and fly ash to form uniform slurry, adding a foaming agent, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain porous geopolymer slurry; dropwise adding the porous geopolymer slurry into dimethyl silicone oil, curing, forming and filtering to obtain a porous spherical geopolymer; directly transferring the porous spherical geopolymer into a hydrothermal reaction kettle for hydrothermal treatment, and filtering and drying to obtain geopolymer/zeolite; and adding the geopolymer/zeolite into an absolute ethyl alcohol solution of tetraethylenepentamine for dispersion treatment, and drying to obtain the tetraethylenepentamine modified geopolymer/zeolite composite material. The application of the geopolymer/zeolite composite material prepared from the incineration fly ash in the field of adsorption is developed, and the geopolymer/zeolite composite material is used for capturing and utilizing carbon dioxide in flue gas.
本发明涉及一种垃圾焚烧飞灰基地质聚合物/沸石复合材料的制备方法及其吸附二氧化碳的应用;将焚烧飞灰与去离子水混合,室温条件下搅拌过滤得到脱氯焚烧飞灰;碱激发溶液和粉煤灰搅拌混合形成均匀浆料,再加入发泡剂继续搅拌均匀,得到多孔地质聚合物浆料;将多孔地质聚物浆料滴加到二甲基硅油中,固化成型,过滤后得到多孔球状地质聚合物;将步多孔球状地质聚合物直接转移到水热反应釜中进行水热处理,过滤干燥后得到地质聚合物/沸石;将地质聚合物/沸石加入四乙烯五胺的无水乙醇溶液中进行分散处理,干燥处理后得到四乙烯五胺改性的地质聚合物/沸石复合材料。开发了焚烧飞灰制备地质聚合物/沸石复合材料在吸附领域的应用,用于烟气中二氧化碳的捕集利用。
