Heat treatment method for jadeite wrapped by liquid tin medium
The invention relates to a heat treatment method for jadeite wrapped by a liquid tin medium. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, grinding and polishing Myanmar jadeite; placing a pure tin block at the bottom of a small crucible, placing the polished jadeite on the tin block, adding a tungsten sheet above the jadeite, laying the pure tin block on the tungsten sheet, finally placing the small crucible into a large crucible filled with carbon powder, heating to a preset temperature at a constant speed, carrying out heat treatment, cooling to the room temperature, storing the small crucible in a low-temperature environment, and carrying out heat treatment on the small crucible and the tungsten sheet; and taking out the jadeite after cold brittleness. The heat treatment technology assisted by the liquid tin medium is adopted, the hydrothermal conditions for forming jadeite in the nature are simulated, and the limitation that the transparency of jadeite is reduced in a traditional heat treatment method is improved. And by utilizing the characteristic of tin plague, it is ensured that the jadeite can be completely and nondestructively separated from the tin ingot after heat treatment. According to the method, the original compact structure of the jadeite is maintained, the toughness and durability of the jadeite are not damaged, meanwhile, the inherent transparency of the jadeite is reserved, and the overall value of the jadeite is further improved.
本发明涉及一种液态锡介质包裹下的翡翠热处理方法。首先将缅甸翡翠进行打磨和抛光处理;将纯锡块放入小坩埚底部,将抛光后的翡翠放置在锡块上,添加钨片置于翡翠上方,再将纯锡块铺设在钨片上,最后将小坩埚放进填有碳粉的大坩埚之中,匀速升温至预设温度进行热处理,冷却至室温,将小坩埚存放于低温环境中,冷脆后取出翡翠。本发明采用液态锡介质辅助的热处理技术,模拟自然界中翡翠形成的热液条件,改善了传统热处理方法中翡翠透明度降低的局限性。利用“锡疫”特性,确保翡翠在热处理后能够完整无损地从锡锭中分离。该方法维持了翡翠的原有致密结构,未对其韧性和耐久性造成损害,同时保留了翡翠的固有透明度,进而提升了翡翠的整体价值。
