The invention discloses a construction method for quickly assembling and integrally hoisting a large-span steel box girder. The construction method comprises the following steps: step 1, erecting temporary struts on two sides of an existing expressway; 2, a crawler crane is built, and meanwhile, all the sections are spliced and welded on the existing elevated ramp to form a to-be-mounted beam section; thirdly, the to-be-installed beam section is hoisted through a crawler crane, and angle adjustment is conducted on the to-be-installed beam section through an adjusting mechanism; and 4, the to-be-installed beam section is guided through a guide mechanism till the to-be-installed beam section is lowered to the temporary supporting column. The construction method has the effects of shortening the overall construction period and improving the construction efficiency.
