The device comprises reinforced concrete supporting wallboards which are symmetrically arranged, the two reinforced concrete supporting wallboards are arranged in a right-angle mode, a plurality of vertical rods are evenly arranged on the inner sides of the reinforced concrete supporting wallboards, transverse rods are arranged on the inner sides of the reinforced concrete supporting wallboards, and the vertical rods are installed between the reinforced concrete supporting wallboards and the transverse rods; a mounting block is fixedly connected to one end of the cross rod, and an adjusting sliding groove is formed in one end of the mounting block. The driving assembly is reversely rotated to drive the adjusting sliding block to drive the abutting columns to relieve tight abutting with the arc-shaped abutting grooves, then the supporting rod is pulled to be separated from the position between the two abutting columns, and then the pre-fixing assembly is pushed to relieve clamping and fixing of the cross rod, so that rapid dismounting of the vertical rod, the cross rod and the supporting rod is conveniently achieved; and the portability of the device is improved.
