Caisson shipping and mounting construction method
The invention discloses a caisson shipping and mounting construction method which is characterized by comprising the following steps: jacking a caisson, moving the caisson forwards, preparing a semi-submersible barge, putting the semi-submersible barge into a barge and shipping the semi-submersible barge out of a wharf, dragging the caisson to the semi-submersible barge, leaving the semi-submersible barge, towing, undocking and floating the caisson, and floating and mounting the caisson. Wherein in the forward moving process of the caisson, the caisson is moved to an exit of a shipping wharf by adopting a transporting device, and the transporting device comprises a pair of longitudinal beams, a pair of transverse beams and a pair of transverse beams; the multiple rotating shafts are transversely arranged between the pair of longitudinal beams, the multiple rotating shafts are evenly distributed from one ends of the pair of longitudinal beams to one ends of the longitudinal beams at intervals, and the two ends of each rotating shaft are rotationally connected with the corresponding longitudinal beam; the cylindrical air bag rings are arranged on the rotating shafts in a sleeving mode in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and air inflation nozzles are arranged at the ends of the air bag rings. According to the caisson guiding device, it can be guaranteed that the air bag ring does not deviate, the caisson can be accurately guided to move along a preset linear path, and the caisson shipping efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种沉箱出运安装施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:沉箱顶升、沉箱前移、半潜驳准备、半潜驳搭驳出运码头、牵引沉箱上半潜驳、半潜驳离泊、拖航、沉箱出坞浮运、沉箱浮游安装;其中,所述沉箱前移的过程中采用运移装置移动沉箱至出运码头出口,所述运移装置包括:一对纵梁;多个转轴,均横设于一对纵梁之间,多个转轴从一对纵梁的一端均匀间隔的布设至所述纵梁的一端,每一转轴两端各与一纵梁转动连接;多个圆柱状的气囊环,其分别一一对应的套设于一转轴上,所述气囊环端头设置有充气嘴。本发明可保证气囊环不会偏位,能准确引导沉箱沿预定的直线路径移动,极大的提高了沉箱出运效率。
