CAISSON CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND CAISSON CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction management device that displays an excavation situation of an inner bottom surface of a caisson skeleton with good visibility in order to support operation of an operator, and can help decision of the operation by visually transmitting a current progress situation.SOLUTION: A construction management device is used when constructing a caisson of a necessary depth. The construction management device includes a GPS antenna 16, a GPS receiver 15, a main winding sensor 11 and an auxiliary hoist sensor 12. In addition to them, the construction management device includes an excavation position arithmetic processing unit 17 for finding a three-dimensional position of a bucket 13 at the time when the bucket 13 performs landing in an inner bottom surface of a caisson skeleton 1, and a display monitor 18 for displaying the depth of each part of every one excavation operation of the bucket 13 in the inner bottom surface of the caisson skeleton 1 under excavation in association with a projection shape of the caisson skeleton 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】オペレータの操作を支援するべく、ケーソン躯体の内底面の掘削状況を視認性良く表示し、現在の進捗状況を視覚的に伝えて操作の判断を助けることができる施工管理装置を提供する。【解決手段】必要深度のケーソンを構築する際に使用される施工管理装置である。GPSアンテナ16と、GPS受信器15と、主巻センサ11と、補巻センサ12のほか、バケット13がケーソン躯体1の内底面に着底した時のバケット13の三次元位置を求める掘削位置演算処理装置17と、掘削中のケーソン躯体1の内底面におけるバケット13の一回の掘削動作毎の各部の深度をケーソン躯体1の投影形状と関連付けて表示する表示モニタ18と、を備えている。【選択図】図2
