The invention discloses a positive flow hydraulic system of a pure electric loader and the pure electric loader. An oil outlet of a working pump is connected with an oil inlet P1 of a multi-way valve; an oil outlet of the steering pump is connected with an oil inlet P of the flow amplifying valve, and an oil outlet PF of the flow amplifying valve is connected with an oil inlet P2 of the multi-way valve; an oil outlet of the steering pump is connected with an oil inlet P of the pilot oil source valve, an oil outlet U of the pilot oil source valve is connected with an oil inlet P of the electric proportional pressure reducing valve, and output ports of the electric proportional pressure reducing valve are connected with corresponding pilot control ports of the multi-way valve. The electric control handle is connected with the controller, and the controller is connected with the electric proportional pressure reducing valve and the hydraulic motor. The controller is connected with an oil inlet P2 of the multi-way valve through the pressure sensor; the working pump and the steering pump are subjected to shunt control through the multi-way valve, and meanwhile, the controller is used for matching the rotating speed of the hydraulic motor according to a pilot control signal of the electric proportional pressure reducing valve and an input signal of the electric control handle. According to the multi-way valve, the working pump and the steering pump are subjected to flow dividing control through the two flow dividing valves in the multi-way valve, and the throttling loss of the whole machine in the operation process is greatly reduced in combination with matching of a pilot control signal and the rotating speed of the motor.
