The invention provides a driving system of a pure electric high-speed loader and the high-speed loader, the driving system comprises a driving part and a control unit for controlling the driving part, and the driving part comprises a motor and a transmission connected to the output end of the motor; the transmission comprises a power input unit, a middle transmission unit and a power output unit, and the output end of the motor drives the power input unit, the middle transmission unit and the power output unit to output power; an integrated electric walking mechanism located between the middle transmission unit and the power output unit is arranged in the transmission, and the integrated electric walking mechanism can enable the middle transmission unit and the power output unit to be engaged/disengaged according to a control instruction of the control unit; an oil separation piece is arranged at the position, located on the power output unit, of the lubricating oil cavity in the driving part. Through reasonable design of the integrated electric travelling mechanism in the driving system, the stability and smoothness of gear shifting are improved, and the overall performance of the driving system is improved.
本发明提供了一种纯电动的高速装载机的驱动系统及高速装载机,包括驱动部分以及控制驱动部分的控制单元,驱动部分包括电机以及连接于电机输出端的变速器;变速器包括动力输入单元、中间传输单元以及动力输出单元,电机输出端带动动力输入单元、中间传输单元、动力输出单元输出动力;变速器内设置有位于中间传输单元和动力输出单元之间的集成式电动行机构,集成式电动行机构能够根据控制单元的控制指令使中间传输单元和动力输出单元啮合/断开;驱动部分内的润滑油腔在位于动力输出单元的位置设置有隔油件。本发明通过对驱动系统中集成式电动行机构的合理设计,提高了换档的稳定性和平顺度,提升了驱动系统整体的性能。
