Construction method for overall low-position splicing and lifting installation of upward moving formwork
The invention discloses a construction method for overall low-position splicing and lifting installation of an ascending type movable formwork. A main beam, a nose bridge, an upper cross beam and a transverse moving system of the ascending type movable formwork are spliced at the root of a pier column, and the ascending type movable formwork which is locally spliced is formed; after the locally-assembled ascending type movable formwork is lifted to a preset height for the first time, a lower hanging beam and a formwork system of the ascending type movable formwork are assembled, and a completely-assembled ascending type movable formwork is formed; after the completely-assembled ascending type movable formwork is lifted to the pier top for the second time, the ascending type movable formwork is taken down to prepare for bridge assembling; and a dual-function supporting leg structure is arranged at the top of the pier column and used for achieving the first-time lifting, the second-time lifting and the falling. According to the method, the assembly links of all the structures of the ascending type movable formwork are completed at the low position and the middle position below the pier column, then overall lifting in-place falling is conducted, and the risk generated by high-altitude assembly in the prior art is effectively reduced or even avoided.
