Construction method for retreating, transversely moving and rotating upward type movable formwork
The construction method comprises the following steps that a propelling trolley close to the tail end is driven at the front amplitude, so that a main body of the ascending type movable formwork longitudinally moves and retreats towards the construction starting end; the propelling trolley retreats to a second pier top at the construction starting end, and the middle supporting leg system is modified to form a first transverse moving device stretching across the other middle supporting leg system; the propelling trolley retreats to the top of a first pier at the construction starting end, and the propelling trolley is modified to form a second transverse moving device stretching across the other transverse moving device; and the propelling trolley and a middle supporting leg trolley in the middle supporting leg system are synchronously driven, so that the main body of the ascending type movable formwork is transversely moved to the other part. According to the method, the ascending type movable formwork retreats to the construction starting end and then is transversely moved, the adverse effect on the overall structure of the ascending type movable formwork is reduced, the line type of the ascending type movable formwork can be kept easily, and the splicing line type of the bridge girder can be guaranteed easily.
本申请公开一种上行式移动模架后退横移转幅的施工方法,其包括以下步骤:在当前幅驱动靠近尾端的推进小车使得上行式移动模架的主体向施工起始端纵移后退;所述推进小车后退至施工起始端的第二墩顶,将所述中支腿系统进行改装形成横跨另一幅的第一横移装置;所述推进小车后退至施工起始端的第一墩顶,将所述推进小车进行改装形成横跨另一幅的第二横移装置;同步驱动所述推进小车和中支腿系统中的中支腿小车,使得上行式移动模架的主体横移至另一幅。本申请的方法,将上行式移动模架后退至施工起始端再进行横移,减少了对上行式移动模架整体结构产生不良影响,有利于保持上行式移动模架的线型,有利于保证桥梁主梁的拼装线型。
