Steel box girder hoisting process
The invention relates to a steel box girder hoisting technology which comprises the steps that a pier top cross beam of a steel box girder structure is divided into three sections in the width direction of a road, the two ends of the pier top cross beam are end sections, one section of the pier top cross beam is a middle section, and the middle section is located between the two end sections; the height of the temporary support of the pier top cross beam is higher than that of the pier, then the two end sections are hoisted through a truck crane, the end sections are placed at the upper ends of the temporary support of the pier top cross beam, then lifting equipment is installed on the upper surfaces of the end sections, and the lifting equipment is hoisted through the truck crane; and then the two ends of the middle section are lifted through lifting equipment on the two end sections at the same time, the middle section and the end sections are connected after the middle section reaches the position where the middle section is in butt joint with the end sections, and finally the temporary support of the pier top cross beam is dismantled so that the gravity of the pier top cross beam can be transferred to the pier. The hoisting device has the effect of facilitating hoisting of the steel box girder.
