The invention provides a steel box girder hoisting system which comprises a newly-built bridge site area, a midspan transportation area, a floating crane operation area provided with a floating crane ship and a transport ship, a plurality of pier columns and a bridge site temporary support are arranged in a newly-built bridge site, an adjusting sliding groove is formed in the top of the bridge site temporary support, and a girder body fine adjustment device is arranged in the adjusting sliding groove in a sliding mode. The beam body fine adjustment device comprises a base arranged in the adjusting sliding groove in a sliding mode, a beam supporting frame arranged on the top face of the base in a sliding mode, and a driving mechanism driving the beam supporting frame to slide on the base in a reciprocating mode, wherein the moving direction of the beam supporting frame is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the base. The top face of the beam supporting frame is provided with a boundary beam cushion block used for supporting a steel box beam segment. According to the steel box girder hoisting system, the steel box girder segment is divided into a plurality of girder bodies for hoisting, and the girder body fine adjustment device capable of adjusting the positions of the girder bodies is arranged on the top surface of the construction tabletop, so that the steel box girder hoisting system can be used for hoisting construction by using a small-tonnage floating crane ship.
