The upper end of the flow guide pipe is detachably connected and fixed with the connecting seat; and grouting is carried out while drilling is carried out, and the mud mortar can penetrate through cracks existing in the hole wall under high pressure and deeply permeate into the stratum structure around the drilled hole.
