The invention discloses a reservoir bottom geomembrane anti-seepage blanket with water repairing structure and method, the repairing structure comprises an anti-seepage structure, an outer cofferdam and an inner cofferdam, the outer cofferdam and the inner cofferdam are located above the anti-seepage structure, the inner cofferdam divides a foundation pit defined by the outer cofferdam into a geomembrane repairing area and a shallow water working area, and the geomembrane repairing area is located above the inner cofferdam. The first drainage system, the second drainage system, the total drainage system and the water containing bucket are located in the shallow water working area, a drainage bin is arranged in the geomembrane repairing area and used for absorbing reverse seepage water of the geomembrane repairing area, a water inlet of the first drainage system is connected with the drainage bin, and a water outlet of the first drainage system is connected with the water containing bucket to drain the seepage water of the geomembrane repairing area. A water inlet of the second drainage system is located in the shallow water working area to drain seepage water in the shallow water working area, and a water outlet of the second drainage system is connected with the water containing barrel. Under the condition that the reservoir is not emptied, the reservoir bottom geomembrane underwater repairing work can be completed.
