The invention relates to a geomembrane anti-seepage blanket exhaust structure and method.The geomembrane anti-seepage blanket exhaust structure comprises a geomembrane anti-seepage area, an exhaust valve, an air pressure monitoring valve and hot melt adhesive filler, the surface of the geomembrane anti-seepage area is covered with a geomembrane, and the geomembrane anti-seepage area is provided with a plurality of divided blocks; the exhaust valves are arranged in at least part of the blocks, and the exhaust valves are used for being connected with a vacuum pump so as to perform under-membrane air exhaust on the geomembranes of the blocks; the air pressure monitoring valve is arranged at the joint part of at least part of the blocks and is used for being connected with a pressure gauge to monitor the air pressure under the film; after the under-membrane air pressure of the geomembrane is lower than a preset value, the exhaust valve and the air pressure monitoring valve are blocked by the hot melt adhesive filler, in addition, a water soaking structure is arranged on the covering periphery of the geomembrane seepage-proofing area, and the water soaking structure is used for preventing air leakage of the periphery of the geomembrane seepage-proofing area along cracks in the air exhaust process; according to the exhaust structure of the geomembrane anti-seepage blanket, the operation safety of the geomembrane anti-seepage blanket can be improved.
