The invention discloses a connecting structure of prefabricated parts and a connecting method of the prefabricated parts. The connecting structure comprises the two prefabricated parts which are connected with each other in the horizontal direction, and each prefabricated part comprises a part body and a horizontal steel bar; the edge of the component body is provided with an edge cavity which is through from top to bottom. The connecting structure further comprises close splicing connection or non-close splicing connection. The close splicing connection comprises the steps that the ends of the horizontal steel bars of the component bodies are of closed structures, the closed structures are exposed to the side ends of the component bodies, and after the component bodies of the two horizontal adjacent prefabricated components are in butt joint, edge cavities of the edges of the component bodies are in butt joint to form a cast-in-place area; the cast-in-place areas are each vertically provided with one or more rear-inserted steel bars, and horizontal stirrups are arranged on the peripheries of the rear-inserted steel bars of the cast-in-place areas.
