The invention discloses a prefabricated part connecting method which comprises the steps that upper and lower prefabricated parts are connected, horizontally adjacent prefabricated parts are directly connected, and every two horizontally adjacent prefabricated parts are tightly spliced and connected, so that edge cavities of the two prefabricated parts are in butt joint to form a cylindrical cavity; when the upper-layer prefabricated part and the lower-layer prefabricated part are connected, a first vertical connecting steel bar is inserted into the cylindrical cavity of the lower-layer prefabricated part, and the top end of the first vertical connecting steel bar does not exceed the top end of the cylindrical cavity; concrete is poured into the cylindrical cavity of the lower-layer prefabricated part, and the height of the concrete is controlled to reach the reserved horizontal plane; the upper-layer prefabricated part is installed above the lower-layer prefabricated part, a second vertical connecting steel bar is inserted into a cylindrical cavity of the upper-layer prefabricated part, and the bottom end of the second vertical connecting steel bar enters an anchoring area at the top end of the lower-layer prefabricated part; and concrete is poured into the cylindrical cavity of the upper-layer prefabricated part.
