The invention provides an FRP sandwich steel plate pipe filled concrete column structure and an assembly method. The structure comprises a first FRP profile pipe layer and a second FRP profile pipe layer, the second FRP profile pipe layer is located in the first FRP profile pipe layer; the sandwich steel pipe layer is clamped between the first FRP profile pipe layer and the second FRP profile pipe layer; and the concrete column is filled in the second FRP profile pipe layer. According to the FRP sandwich steel plate pipe filled concrete column structure, the material mechanics and physical advantages of steel and FRP can be fully utilized, complementary and synergistic improvement is achieved, and the problem that an existing steel pipe filled concrete composite structure corrodes the outer surface of a steel pipe in the adverse external environments such as damp and water invasion can be effectively solved; and erosion of water vapor, chloride ions and the like contained in internal concrete to the inner surface of the steel pipe is retarded. And meanwhile, the sandwich steel pipe layer is used for overcoming the defects that the FRP profile pipe layer is poor in shear resistance, insufficient in toughness and the like, the axial compression shear stress and the horizontal shear force of the vertical stress component are shared, and the structural ductility under the dynamic load is improved.
本发明提供了一种FRP夹芯钢板管内填混凝土柱结构及装配方法,该结构包括:第一FRP型材管层;第二FRP型材管层,位于第一FRP型材管层内;夹芯钢材管层,夹设于第一FRP型材管层和第二FRP型材管层之间;以及混凝土柱,填充在第二FRP型材管层内。本发明的一种FRP夹芯钢板管内填混凝土柱结构可充分利用钢材和FRP的材料力学物理优势,做到互补和协同提高,可有效解决现有钢管填充混凝土组合结构在潮湿、水侵等不利外部环境对钢管外表面的锈蚀,并阻滞内部混凝土含水汽、氯离子等对钢管内表面的侵蚀。且同时利用夹芯钢材管层弥补FRP型材管层抗剪切性能弱、韧性不足等缺陷,分担竖向受力构件轴压剪切应力、水平剪力,提高动荷载下结构延性。
