CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR STEEL PIPE COLUMN MEMBER AND CONCRETE FILLING STEEL PIPE COLUMN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe column member for filling concrete capable of maintaining the concrete temperature at a control preset temperature or higher during a predetermined period of time during and after the filling of concrete even when the outside air temperature is in a low temperature environment.SOLUTION: A steel pipe column member 10 has a column beam jointing part 10A to which a steel beam is bonded on an outer peripheral surface, and is filled with concrete. A fireproof coating layer 40 made of a fireproof coating material 41 is formed at least in the column beam jointing part 10A. According to the present invention, the steel pipe column member 10 is installed, and thereafter concrete is filled in the steel pipe column member 10 to construct a concrete-filled steel pipe column 1. Here, since the fireproof coating layer is formed in advance on the column beam joining part 10A of the steel pipe column member 10 before installing the steel pipe column member 10, there is no need to provide a fireproof coating layer after filling the concrete, and the concrete-filled steel pipe column 1 can be constructed in a short term of construction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】外気温が低温環境下であっても、コンクリート充填中および充填後所定期間のコンクリート温度を管理設定温度以上に維持できるコンクリート充填用の鋼管柱材を提供すること。【解決手段】鋼管柱材10は、外周面に鋼製梁が接合される柱梁接合部10Aを備え、内部にコンクリートが充填される。少なくとも柱梁接合部10Aには、耐火被覆材41による耐火被覆層40が形成される。本発明によれば、鋼管柱材10を据え付け、その後、この鋼管柱材10の内部にコンクリートを充填して、コンクリート充填鋼管柱1を構築するが、ここで、鋼管柱材10を据え付ける前に、予め鋼管柱材10の柱梁接合部10Aに耐火被覆層を形成したので、コンクリート充填後に耐火被覆層を設ける必要がなく、短工期でコンクリート充填鋼管柱1を構築できる。【選択図】図1
