Concrete formwork angle adjusting and fixing device
The invention discloses a concrete formwork angle adjusting and fixing device which comprises a supporting frame, and an angle adjusting traction assembly and an auxiliary supporting assembly are assembled on the supporting frame. Compared with the prior art that angle adjustment needs to be conducted through large equipment or cooperation of multiple persons, operation is easy, meanwhile, a scaffold is not needed for angle supporting and fixing at the angle adjustment position, and the working efficiency of workers is improved. According to the second embodiment, more labor is saved when the linkage plate is pulled according to the lever principle of the lever supporting arm, angle adjustment can be conducted on the two opposite concrete formworks through one-person operation, assistance of multiple persons or large equipment is not needed, and the operation efficiency is improved. According to the third embodiment, the auxiliary supporting assembly can conduct auxiliary traction on a lever supporting arm through an auxiliary traction arm, the force borne by the lever supporting arm is shared to the root of a supporting frame, the situation that when concrete is injected into a cavity formed by the formworks, the pressure applied by the concrete is too large, consequently, an adjusting lead screw cannot bear the force is avoided, and the overall safety is improved.
本发明公开了一种混凝土模板角度调节固定装置,包括支撑架,所述支撑架上装配有角度调节牵拉组件和辅助支撑组件。本发明相比较现今需要大型设备或多人协作辅助进行角度调整而言,操作简单,同时角度调整处无需脚手架进行角度支撑固定,加快了工人的工作效率。实施例二、利用杠杆支臂杠杆原理拉动联动板更为省力,可单人操作进行两个相对在一起的混凝土模板进行角度调整,无需多人或大型设备辅助,加快了操作的效率。实施例三、辅助支撑组件利用辅助牵拉臂可对其杠杆支臂进行辅助牵拉,将杠杆支臂承受的力分担至支撑架的根部,避免在混凝土注入模板组成的空腔内时,混凝土施加的压力过大,导致调节丝杠无法承受,增加整体的安全性。
