The invention provides a composite reinforcing beam structure and a reinforcing method. The composite reinforcing beam structure comprises a reinforced concrete beam, anchorage devices are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the beam end faces of the two sides of the reinforced concrete beam, two sets of steering devices are symmetrically and fixedly installed on the bottom side of the reinforced concrete beam, and prestressed inclined ribs obliquely penetrating through the reinforced concrete beam are connected between the anchorage devices and the steering devices. The prestressed flat ribs are connected between the two groups of steering devices, the prestressed inclined ribs are fixedly connected with the end parts of the prestressed flat ribs, the bottom side of the reinforced concrete beam is coated with a UHPC layer, and the UHPC layer covers part of the prestressed inclined ribs exposed out of the bottom of the reinforced concrete beam, all the prestressed flat ribs and part of the steering devices. Steering tensioning of the prestressed tendons is matched with attachment of the UHPC layer, and the defect of strength reduction caused by cracking of the reinforced concrete is effectively overcome. The characteristic advantages of high efficiency of prestress reinforcement and light weight and durability of UHPC reinforcement are fully exerted, the durability of the component is improved, cracks are repaired, the concrete structure is subjected to composite stress, and the bearing capacity is improved.
本发明提供了一种复合型加固梁结构及加固方法,包括钢筋混凝土梁,钢筋混凝土梁的两侧梁端面上呈对称固设锚具,钢筋混凝土梁的底侧呈对称固装两组转向装置,锚具与转向装置之间连接斜穿钢筋混凝土梁的预应力斜筋,两组转向装置之间连接预应力平筋,预应力斜筋与预应力平筋的端部固连衔接,钢筋混凝土梁的底侧贴覆UHPC层,UHPC层包覆露出钢筋混凝土梁底部的部分预应力斜筋、全部预应力平筋和部分转向装置。本发明采用预应力筋转向张拉配合UHPC层附着,有效修复钢筋混凝土开裂导致的强度下降缺陷。充分发挥预应力加固“高效”和UHPC加固“轻质耐久”的特色优势,提高了构件耐久性,修复裂缝,使混凝土结构复合受力,提高承载力。
