The ardealite hollow plastic plate is prepared from the following raw materials: inorganic powder, thermoplastic resin, a coupling agent, a lubricant and an active agent, the inorganic powder comprises ardealite powder, stone powder and fly ash. The preparation process comprises the following steps: S1, stirring and mixing inorganic powder, thermoplastic resin, a coupling agent, a lubricant and an active agent to prepare a premix; s2, putting the premix into a double-screw extruder, and performing melt extrusion, shaping and cutting to obtain the phosphogypsum hollow plastic plate. The ardealite hollow plastic plate prepared by the invention is high in strength and low in cost.
